Cleaning
Cleaning in a cool, wet climate
Nyeri sits between Mount Kenya and the Aberdares, so it is cool and often wet. Damp settles into curtains, carpets and mattresses, and mould grows in bathrooms and on walls. Therefore our cleaning services in Nyeri use low-moisture methods on fabrics, treat mould properly and pay close attention to ventilation.

Cleaning
Our cleaning process
- Tell us about the space. To begin, share the location, the size, the type of clean and a few photos.
- Get a written quote. Next, we confirm the team, the time, the products and the scope in writing.
- Book a time. Then choose a date and time that suits you, including early mornings and weekends.
- Cleaning day. The team arrives in uniform, walks through with you and follows the checklist.
- Walk-through. Finally, you check the work with the team leader before they leave.
Retirement homes
Many people retire to Nyeri for its quiet pace. For older clients, we offer gentle, regular cleaning with fragrance-free products, and deep cleans of mattresses and curtains to reduce dust and allergens.
Hygiene standards for cleaning services in Nyeri
Clean is not only about looks. In fact, kitchens, toilets, door handles and light switches carry the most germs, so our teams clean them with suitable disinfectants on every visit. In addition, we follow simple hand-hygiene and cloth-colour rules, which stop germs moving from room to room. For background on hand hygiene and safe water, the World Health Organization publishes clear public guidance. As a result, your home or workplace is not just tidy but genuinely hygienic.
Small jobs and single items in Nyeri
Small jobs matter too. Whether it is a single rug, a mattress or a one-room clean, our cleaners in Nyeri can send the right person with the right machine. Furthermore, small jobs can often be done on the same day or the next morning.
What our cleaning team brings
On cleaning day, the team arrives with everything it needs, from detergents and microfibre cloths to vacuums and ladders. Meanwhile, the team leader follows the checklist and checks each room before moving on. As a result, our cleaners in Nyeri rarely miss a task.
Cleaning
Landlords and agents using cleaning services in Nyeri
Landlords and letting agents in Nyeri often need units cleaned between tenants, quickly and to a clear standard. Therefore we clean empty units, send before and after photos and can handle several units in one block on the same day. Moreover, regular landlord clients get a simple monthly invoice. Consequently, units are ready for viewings sooner, and units spend fewer days empty.
Cleaning
Tips before cleaning day in Nyeri
Here is what our team suggests before a clean in Nyeri.
- Clear clutter from floors and worktops, so cleaners can reach every surface.
- Lock away valuables and important papers.
- Make sure water and electricity are on.
- Tell the caretaker or guard that cleaners are coming.
- Point out delicate surfaces such as marble, wood or antique furniture.
Our house cleaning checklist shows what to clean daily, weekly and monthly.
Cleaning homes with children and pets
Children and pets make cleaning more important and more delicate. Therefore our cleaners in Nyeri choose mild products, offer fragrance-free options for allergies and clean pet areas with paw-safe products. Meanwhile, sofas and rugs get extra vacuuming to lift hair.
Booking cleaning services in Nyeri at short notice
Sometimes a clean cannot wait, for example before an inspection, after a party or ahead of visitors. In that case, call or send a WhatsApp message with photos. We will check which team is free and confirm honestly what is possible. Meanwhile, keep water and power on and clear the main surfaces, so the team can start straight away. Even so, booking a few days ahead gives you the widest choice of times.
Care, trust and security
Your space is in safe hands. First, the team checks delicate surfaces and agrees which items not to touch. Next, products are tested on hidden areas. Then, at the walk-through, you check every room. If anything is wrong, our cleaners in Nyeri record it and resolve it quickly.
Why choose KejaPal in Nyeri
Many people in Nyeri find a cleaner through a friend, and sometimes that works. However, when that person is away, the standard slips. With KejaPal, you get trained cleaners, proper products, a written quote and cover when someone is off. As a result, the standard stays the same.
Events and occasions in Nyeri
Weddings, graduations, church functions and family gatherings all leave a mess behind. So we offer pre-event cleans, which get the home or venue ready, and post-event cleans, which clear floors, kitchens and washrooms afterwards. Furthermore, we can add sofa and carpet cleaning to deal with spills. As a result, you can enjoy the day and leave the clean-up to us.
For larger events, we can also send a small team during the event itself. They keep washrooms stocked, clear tables and empty bins, so the space stays presentable from start to finish. Simply tell us the date, the guest numbers and the venue when you ask for a quote, and we will suggest the right team size.
Quotes, payment and receipts
Paying our cleaners in Nyeri is easy. To begin with, you agree the written quote. Then, once the clean is finished and you are happy, you pay by M-Pesa or bank transfer. Every payment gets a receipt. Likewise, regular clients receive a simple monthly invoice.
